Covid-19 - Contract extensions - exemption to contract procedures
Background:
Certain contracts are due to be re-tendered during the Covid-19
restrictions. A risk analysis identified a high risk of challenge
due to many bidders and the Council having restrictions, reduced
resources to submit a viable bid, attend a site visit or
interview.
Decision required: to approve a recommendation to extend existing
contracts for a maximum period of 2 years.
