Councillor Bell declared that his daughter was employed by one of the companies based in Croxley Park. 

To approve the minutes of the meeting held on 23 June 2022.

The minutes of the meeting held on 23 June 2022 were agreed and would be signed at a later date.

The Chair to move: that, under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public and press be excluded from the meeting for the following item of business as it is likely, in view of the nature of the business to be transacted or the nature of the proceedings, that if members of the public were present during consideration of the item there would be disclosure to them of exempt information as defined in Section 100(1) of the Act for the reasons stated below in terms of Schedule 12A.

NOTE: if approved, the Chair will ask members of the press and public to leave the meeting at this point.

The forum received a presentation and update on the above.  Officers responded to member’s comments and questions.

That the presentations, verbal update and the forum’s comments be noted.

Watford Business Park Update – Peter Hall

The update on this site was exempt under paragraph 3, Schedule 12A, as it contained commercially sensitive information.

The group were updated on Watford Business Park.  It was discussed, questions were raised and answered and officers responded to comments.

RESOLVED –

that the presentations, verbal update and the forum’s comments be noted.

Croxley Link Briefing – Ben Martin/Tom Dobrashian

The update on this site was exempt under paragraph 3, Schedule 12A, as it contained commercially sensitive information.

The forum received a briefing on the Croxley Link project.  Following this there was discussion, questions, comments and answers.

RESOLVED –

that the presentations, verbal update and the forum’s comments be noted.

The date of the next meeting would be Tuesday 21 February 2023.
