To approve for signature the minutes of the meeting held on 13 June 2012.

The minutes of the meeting held on 13 June 2012 were submitted and signed.

Exclusion of press and public

The Chair to move: that, under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public and press be excluded from the meeting for the following item of business as it is likely, in view of the nature of the business to be transacted or the nature of the proceedings, that if members of the public were present during consideration of the item there would be disclosure to them of exempt information as defined in Section 100(1) of the Act for the reasons stated below in terms of Schedule 12A.

 

NOTE: if approved, the Chair will ask members of the press and public to leave the meeting at this point.

RESOLVED –

 

that, the public and press be excluded from the meeting for the following item of business as it was likely, in view of the nature of the business to be transacted or the nature of the proceedings, that if members of the public were present during consideration of the item there would be disclosure to them of exempt information as defined in Section 100(4) of the LGA Act 1972 for the reasons stated in the report.

Watford Health Campus Update

Paragraph 3 Part 1 Schedule 12A

 

The Board will receive a presentation of the Watford Health Campus Development Director.

Minutes:

The Board received a presentation from the Watford Health Campus Development Director which updated Members on the progress of the development. Members asked questions and made comments on the update.

 

RESOLVED –

 

that the presentation be noted.

 

13.

Gas Works Site, Lower High Street Update

Minutes:

The Chair agreed that this update could be presented to the Board as a late item.  As the update included exempt information, Paragraph 3, Schedule 12A, the public and press were excluded from the meeting.

 

The Managing Director provided the Board with an update on the Gas Works site located in the Lower High Street. 

 

The Managing Director then responded to Members’ questions.

 

RESOLVED –

 

that the Board’s comments be noted.

Update on Charter Place

The Board will receive a presentation of the Property Section Head.

The Board received a presentation of the Property Section Head.  Members asked questions and made comments on the presentation.

Update on Ascot Road

Paragraph 3 Part 1 Schedule 12A

 

The Board will receive a presentation of the Property Section Head.

 

Minutes:

The Board received a presentation of the Property Section Head.  The presentation updated the Board on the initial plans for the development. 

 

The Property Section Head responded to Members’ questions.
