This report is restricted in accordance with paragraph 3, Part 1, Schedule 12A, as it covers the business affairs of the council and another organisation.

The scrutiny committee received the report of the Group Head of Transformation updating the committee on events surrounding the closure of Watford Colosseum in November and December 2019.  The Group Head of Transformation introduced the report and responded to members’ questions.
