that, under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public and press be excluded from the meeting for the following item of Business as it was likely, in view of the nature of the business to be transacted or the nature of the Proceedings, that if members of the public were present during consideration of the item there would have been disclosure to them of exempt information as defined in Section 100(1), Schedule 12A of the Act for the reasons stated in the report. |

| CF09 - 10/11 | Draft Proposals for Harmonisation of Terms and
Conditions of Employment The Head of Human Resources presented his
report and clarified aspects of the harmonisation of Terms and
Conditions of employment for staff at Watford Borough Council and
Three Rivers District Council.
The Committee then discussed the report. The Head of Human Resources answered questions raised by Members. RESOLVED -
1.that the contents of the report be noted. 2.that consent be given to enter into formal consultation with Watford employees and UNISON on the proposals in the report. 3.that the report be made available to the public with effect from 7th December 2010 after consideration by Three Rivers District Council. |
