Part A - Open to the Public
CF01 - 09/10	Apologies for Absence/Change of Membership No apologies were received.
CF02 - 09/10	Disclosures of Interest There were no disclosures of interest.
CF03 - 09/10	Minutes The minutes of the meeting held on 26th February 2008 were submitted and signed. (Attachment: 1)Minutes
CF04 - 09/10	Exclusion of Press & Public RESOLVED - that, under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public and press be excluded from the meeting for the following item of business as it was likely, in view of the nature of the business to be transacted or the nature of the proceedings, that if members of the public were present during consideration of the item there would have been disclosure to them of exempt information as defined in Section 100(1), Schedule 12A of the Act for the reasons stated in the report.
Part B - Closed to the Public
CF05 - 09/10	To Agree the Council's Pay and Grading The Executive Director presented her report and clarified aspects of the Pay and Grading Scheme. The Committee then discussed the report. The Executive Director, the Head of Legal and Property Services and the Portfolio Holder answered questions raised by Members. RESOLVED - that the new pay and grading scheme be approved and that the Council proceeds to implement the scheme with effect from 1st December 2009.
