The SW Herts Joint Strategic Plan is being
prepared by Dacorum, Hertsmere, St Albans, Three Rivers and Watford
Borough and District Councils. It will provide a framework for
growth across SW Herts to 2050. The Statement of Common Ground
outlines important strategic cross boundary issues addressed and
governance of the Plan.
