Decision to enter into contract for CRM system
The Economic Recovery Cell gathered a large
amount of information on SME businesses and needed a CRM (Customer
Relationship Management) system for follow-ups and regular contact
– this is an essential tool to help support the Watford
business community survive and revive during and after the Covid-19
pandemic. Economic Development Officers worked on a request to buy
a suitable system off-the-shelf and a number of companies were
approached through tender and requirement discussions took place.
Budget was agreed and the decision was made to go with the provider
Evolutive and their Alcium system, via delegated decision of the
Head of Place Shaping.
