SAFER RESIDENTIAL ROAD
We the undersigned petition the council to Francis Road is residential Street which has very young families and adults and elderly living, daily we are getting cars broken in to and drugs dealers smoking and selling drugs on francis road and leaving a horrible smell in the air, Franics road is off market street which is right by watford town centre.
Please could we stop this type of behavior and get every residence signing a petition to stop drug dealers louting around on francis road, This cant continue, please assist us stopping this behaviour as children and elderly are in risk.
