Minutes:
Council received the report of the Group Head of Community and Environmental Services setting out future management arrangements for Watford Colosseum.
RESOLVED –
that Council approves a draft budget for operating the Colosseum until April 2022.

Report of the Head of Leisure and Environmental Services
Decision:
RESOLVED –
1. that, with effect from 1 January 2021, the council takes on the management of Watford Colosseum.
2. that delegated authority be granted to the Group Head of Community and Environmental Services or the day to day management of the Colosseum.
3. that Council be recommended to approve a draft budget for operating the Colosseum until April 2022.
