16/08/2018 - South Oxhey Market ref: 2608 Recommendations Approved
Watford Rural Parish Council (WRPC) wrote to
Watford Borough Council in relation to the South Oxhey Market to
seek approval to:
1. To continue with the existing Thursday Market trading
arrangement once the Market moves (due in Q1 2020) to its new
location.
2. To allow Sunday trading at the proposed new Market Place being
developed in South Oxhey as part of the South Oxhey Initiative
Redevelopment Program. We would also be seeking this to be in
perpetuity as is the existing arrangement for Thursdays.
They confirmed it was a small market of approximately 10-14
stalls.
