That Councillor Saffery be elected Chair for this hearing.

Exclusion of Press and Public The Chair to move: that, under Section 100A (4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public and press be excluded from the meeting for the following item of business as it is likely, in view of the nature of the business to be transacted or the nature of the proceedings, that if members of the public were present during consideration of the item there would be disclosure to them of exempt information as defined in Section 100(1) of the Act for the reasons stated below in terms of Schedule 12A.

RESOLVED –

This hearing is considered exempt in accordance with Paragraphs 1 and 7, Part 3, Schedule 12A, as it contains information relating to an individual and any action taken or to be taken in connection with the prevention, investigation or prosecution of crime.

Review of a Premises Licence - RS Food & Wine, 56B Vicarage Road, Watford WD18 0EN Additional documents:
Minutes: The sub-committee received a report and testimony in relation to a review of the premises licence for RS Food & Wine, 56b Vicarage Road, Watford WD18 0EN.
The sub-committee heard evidence from the Premises licence holder and the responsible authorities, who had submitted the application for the review and representations. The Chair informed those present that the sub-committee’s decision would be circulated to all concerned within the required time limit.
Following this, the sub-committee retired to consider its decision.

RESOLVED –
Having considered all the evidence the sub-committee has decided to revoke the licence for RS Food & Wine, 56b Vicarage Road, Watford WD18 0EN.
