Purpose:
A business plan for Hart Homes was agreed on 7
November 2016 and delegation give to the Managing Director to
enable a working capital facility to be provided to Watford
Commercial Services (WCS) to facilitate future developments in Hart
Homes.
The working capital facility to WCS of £150,000 is to be made
available, with an interest rate of 3%.
A copy of the draft working capital facility agreement is
attached.
Decision:
To make available a working capital facility
to Watford Commercial Services of up to £150,000 to enable
further developments to be undertaken by Hart Homes LLP. An
interest rate of 3% will be payable by WCS to WBC.
