To agree a funding scheme to install solid wall insulation to 37 properties in the two areas under the priorities agreed in the Private Sector Renewal Policy approved by Cabinet and within the current budgets. An opportunity to use time limited external funding to support fuel poor residents was identified. The scheme is similar to schemes previously successfully undertaken and fits within the agreed priorities in the Private Sector Renewal Policy. Two target areas have been identified due to relative levels of fuel poverty and suitability of housing - Oxhey and Leggatts.
